Meet Holly, LICSW-S
Therapist
(Daphne and virtual locations)
Hello! I am Holly, and I am so glad you are here.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating illness, cancer, or loss, as well as the anxiety and depression that often follow in their aftermath. I also love working with individuals in the healthcare industry who are struggling with burnout and those who are navigating life transitions. I believe that many people seek therapy because life has asked more of them than they ever expected. Whether you’re facing loss, carrying grief, illness, emotional pain, or overwhelming stress, going through hard experiences can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel safe to explore what you’re going through, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I strive to meet each person exactly where they are - honoring your story, your strengths, and the resilience you may not even realize you have.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. I want to empower you to build practical coping skills, develop emotional awareness, and learn to respond to difficult thoughts and feelings with greater flexibility and self-compassion.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
If you’re feeling unsure about where to begin, you don’t have to have everything figured out. Therapy can be a place to start, and I would be honored to support you in that process.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time outside and hanging out with my husband and our animals. I also love trying restaurants and believe there isn’t much a good cup of coffee can’t fix.
