Hello and welcome!
Hi, I’m Jazmyn.
Life doesn’t always go according to plan, and sometimes figuring out how to move forward can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, past experiences, relationship struggles, or changes in life, therapy can be an opportunity to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand yourself.
I find so much joy in helping teens as they navigate the ups and downs of school, friendships, relationships, and figuring out who they are. I love being someone they can turn to when life feels overwhelming and helping them build confidence along the way. I'm also passionate about supporting young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and all the changes and uncertainties that come with finding their way in adulthood.
Starting therapy can be a big step, and you don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. I look forward to getting to know you, hearing your story, and helping you find a path forward that feels right for you.
I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, and talking openly about what they’re experiencing. I believe there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth, so I value getting to know each person and finding ways to work together that fit their individual needs.
My hope is to help clients recognize their strengths, navigate difficult moments, and build confidence in their ability to handle life’s ups and downs.

A little more personal
For fun, I enjoy playing video games or Magic: The Gathering, listening to audiobooks, coloring, watching football, and going to the beach.
What's your most controversial (but harmless) opinion?
The beach is better than the mountains
What's a completely unnecessary purchase that brought you an unreasonable amount of joy?
A large frog Squishmallow; her name is Wendy
What's your most embarrassing comfort TV show?
Grey's Anatomy
What's your most irrational beef with an inanimate object?
Pillows
What's one piece of advice you give clients that you sometimes need to remind yourself of?
Your best looks different every day.
What I hope you feel after our first therapy session:
I hope clients feel accepted for who they are, encouraged in who they are becoming, and reminded that they deserve good things along the way.
