Hello and welcome!
Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes overwhelming. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I'm passionate about helping teens feel heard, understood, and more confident as they navigate the challenges of growing up. From friendships and school stress to figuring out who they are and where they fit in, I love creating a space where teens can feel comfortable being themselves. I also enjoy working with couples who need help with reconnection and adult individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, working through depression, carrying the weight of grief, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or the expectation to have everything figured out.
My approach is laid-back, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing can happen through meaningful conversations, creative expression, music, and sometimes simply having the space to breathe and be yourself. Not everything we feel is easy to put into words. I love incorporating creative outlets into therapy to help clients explore their experiences in ways that feel authentic to them. I want therapy to feel less like a formal appointment and more like a comfortable space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts, laugh when you need to, sit with difficult emotions, and work through life at your own pace. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward growth, healing, and confidence.
I believe you are more than the struggles you’re facing, and therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, building the tools to navigate life's challenges, and discovering what healing looks like on your own terms. Whether we’re talking things out, exploring art, or using music to connect with emotions, my goal is to meet you where you are and find approaches that work for you.
Come as you are. We'll figure out the rest together.

A little more personal
Outside the office, I enjoy binge-watching TV shows, diamond painting, thrifting, discovering new movies, and traveling! I lived in London/Scotland for a summer abroad program and worked as a radio producer!
Controversial opinion:
Pineapple belongs on pizza
Embarrassing Comfort Tv Show:
Kim of Queens
Unnecessary purchase that gives me joy:
Sparkly star stickers and costumes for my dog
Advice I give clients that I need to tell myself sometimes too:
"If it costs you your peace, it is too expensive", or "If being hard on yourself worked, it would've already worked."
What's one thing you hope clients feel after meeting you?
A confidence boost and a clearer sense of self.
