Hi, I’m Lindsay, and I believe no one should have to walk through life’s challenges alone. Taking the step to explore therapy is a brave and powerful choice—it means you’re ready to invest in yourself and create space for growth, healing, and a better future.

I’m passionate about helping people heal from trauma, navigate substance use challenges, and reconnect with their strength and resilience. I specialize in working with first responders, military personnel, emergency medical staff, and their families. As both a former first responder and the spouse of one, I understand the unique challenges of that world— I bring both lived experience and years of specialized training to support you.

My therapy style is laid back and approachable, yet intentional and goal-focused. I see therapy as a healing season in your life—one that can help you regain your footing, rediscover hope, and feel empowered for the road ahead. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan so you can feel more like yourself, embrace new possibilities, and navigate future challenges with confidence.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) , as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to help you build practical, effective coping tools. I also incorporate psychoeducation so you can better understand how trauma affects your mind, body, and daily life—because when weunderstand what’s happening inside us, we can replace guilt and shame with self-compassion and create the conditions for lasting change.

Therapy isn’t only about healing from the past—it’s about creating a future where you feel grounded, resilient, and hopeful. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I’m so glad you are here.

You deserve a safe space to heal from your struggles and thrive in your life and relationships.
