Hi, I’m Megan.
I know that taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering support, understanding, and practical tools to help you move forward.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University in 2011, and for more than a decade I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, and I understand that every person’s story is unique.
I specialize in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and (C)PTSD, pregnancy/postpartum mental health, hormone-related mood changes, neurodivergence such as ADHD or autism, grief and loss, and challenges related to substance use. I’m especially passionate about supporting mothers as they navigate the stresses and challenges of parenthood.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and compassionate. I believe the most effective therapy happens when you feel truly seen, safe, and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build strategies that feel manageable, so you can grow and heal at your own pace.
Outside of my practice, I’m a wife and proud mom of two young children. Staying active helps me stay grounded—I love running, kayaking, and snorkeling whenever I can. Being outdoors and connected with nature inspires the energy, balance, and resilience I aim to bring into each session with my clients.
